In The Realm of Senses presents: Grain Journey Immersive Whiskey Tasting

In the Realm of Senses presents its newest immersive whiskey tasting event, Grain Journey. In this event we will explore different grains used in whiskeys made in North America, featuring unique heirloom and local varieties of corn, rye, barley, and even millet and oats from America, Canada, and Mexico. This 10-whiskey exploration will be paired to live music played by our whiskey host and violinist, Jeff Yang and also paired to unique whiskey-inspired scent and also exploration of how colors affect our taste.

An optional three-course vegan dinner by Fancy Plants Kitchen featuring the creative and savory dishes by chef Kevin Schuder will be offered before the tasting.

You can purchase just the tasting separately or with dinner, dinner seating begins at 5pm and ends at 7pm to allow time to eat before the tasting begins at 8pm. Please stay away from bitter and spicy foods before the tasting to maximize your sensory experience.

Whiskeys to include spirits by Koval, Balcones, J. Henry, Abasolo, Stranahan, Sinister, and Alberta Distillers.
