In The Kitchen We Gather: From Soil to Soul

Join us this Saturday July 6th for El Salon's Plaza Sabados from 12-4 at 98 Beacon Street in Worcester for a vendors markets, arts & Crafts, Deadhore Hill's Luci's Taco Truck, Uhlman's Ice Cream, party, and a SPECIAL workshop and performance starting at 2pm (located at 42 Lagrange Street).
“In The Kitchen We Gather: From Soil to Soul” is a poetic look at how ritual, intention, and vulnerability can change the way a meal tastes. Using food and storytelling, artists, Adobo-Fish-Sauce and Emily Rose reimagine the food rituals we have when we taste, eat, and share in the kitchen. Join us for a unique spoken word and cooking experience at Plaza Sábados hosted right next door at the Regional Environmental Council’s YouthGROW farm.
