“In the Kelp Forest” is a stunning new picture book co-authored by Aunty Patsy Cameron and Reena Balding with illustrations by Belinda Casey that explores the beauty and strength of Country beneath the waves and celebrates the living kelp forests, their creatures, and deep Cultural knowledge of Tasmania’s First Nations people.Join Aunty Patsy, Reena and Belinda for the launch of “In the Kelp Forest” together with Belinda’s exhibition of the original illustrations and preparatory drawings, at 5.30pm on 7th May 2026 in the Founders Room at the Salamanca Arts Centre.
