In the House with Dennis Murphy "Infinite" Album Release Concert

If it was possible after “OUR HIGHER SELVES“ spent 49 weeks on the SmoothJazz.com Top 100, Dennis Murphy reaches even greater musical-spiritual heights on his perfectly titled new album “INFINITE.”

Famed for his work with pop and soul greats (Billy Preston, Lenny Williams, Kenny Rankin) and the crème of the crop Smooth Jazz artists (Acoustic Alchemy, Kirk Whalum, Eric Marienthal), the versatile veteran bassist explores with great sonic boldness everything from Brazilian pop/jazz and strutting funk to slow simmering blues and re-imagined 60’s-70’s classic pop balladry.

Murphy creates these infinite possibilities with guest collaborators Ricky Peterson, Eddie M., Miles Gilderdale and Eric Marienthal, plus a dynamite ensemble alternately featuring Oli Silk, Sonny Emory, Will Kennedy and the late great Jeff Golub.

For this album release concert, Dennis will be joined again by the “In The House“ band with Skylar Campbell on drums, Michael Martinez and Joe Heinemann on keyboards, Joe Johnsson on bass and Sam Nilsson on guitar.

This album release concert is hosted at the peninsulas finest venue for live music, Wave Street Studios. The eco-modern studio was designed from below the ground up to produce the finest sound possible for artists and audiances alike. This concert will be filmed for televison and future release on the studios channel Wave Street Live and others.

Food, cocktails, local beer and wine available starting at 6pm. Show starts at 7:30pm
