This course offers the opportunity to sculpt and work in clay, directly from life.It begins with creating a number of quick 360° drawings of the sitter. This is followed by a small 3D clay sketch.
The remainder of the course then concentrates on the creation of a final (life size) clay sculpture of a head.
Frid 6-8 pm, Sat 10 am-5 pm, Sun 10 am-4:30 pm £185

As always, tuition will be tailored to the level of each individual.
Everyone is welcome. Beginners through to advanced.
All drawing and sculpting materials and equipment provided. Sculptures will be left as greenware (unfired).
Tea/coffee/light refreshments provided.
Johnshaven has three great venues serving food: The Anchor Hotel Restaurant. Hidden Treasure Tearoom and The Lobster Shop. The village is very popular with holiday makers, with many places offering accommodation.
