In the Cave of the Ancestors: a Guided Shamanic Journey

We are excited to offer this both in person and on Zoom for the first time!

At this time of year many people remember and celebrate our Ancestors. Come experience a guided Shamanic Journey in which you will meet an ancient pre-patriarchal Ancestor from a time place and culture far healthier and more intact than our time place and cultural experiences of today. 

You will have the opportunity to ask this Ancestor for the healing of an unhealthy ancestral pattern that impacts you in your daily life. You may already be aware of this pattern and impact or you might not. Your Ancestor will know what pattern to address to bring the most healing and transformation into this moment of your life.  

Betti Rooted Lionheart teaches Shamanic Healing and Journeying so that people who feel despair for the Earth and Humanity are empowered to heal and transform themselves remember their power and purpose and take aligned action in service of the Earth and All Life. She is passionate about reclaiming the Divine Feminine and Divine Dark through teaching Earth and Goddess-centered Shamanic Spiritual Practices.

What to bring: 

• House shoes or extra thick socks this is a shoes-off space
• Full water bottle
• Bring a hot drink if you want one
• Bring anything you need to sit or lay comfortably: cushions/ yoga mat/ blankets/ pillows (folding chairs are available)
• A Journal or paper 
• Pencil or pen
• An eye covering (such as a sleep mask a hat you can pull over your eyes a scarf or bandana or other cloth that can be tied over your eyes etc.)
• A sacred-to-you object to place on the group altar (optional it will go home with you)
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers
