About Crystal:
Crystal Steele is a dedicated restorative yoga instructor, sound healer, and Reiki Master with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey of self-discovery and healing. Having practiced yoga since her younger years, she became certified to teach in 2022. Soon after, sound healing called to her, awakening a profound connection to the power of frequencies and their healing capabilities. This path also led to Reiki, completing a holistic approach to mind-body-spirit.
