If you ever felt too intimidated to enter a yoga studio due to your body size or felt that yoga wasn't designed for your body, then this class series is for you. During our 60-minute gentle yoga practice, you will discover ways to create a yoga practice that works for you and learn mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and stress. No previous experience required, this class is perfect for yoga newbies.
