Stephanie is the instructor behind Core Confidence Club, a small boutique Pilates and barre based strength studio in Yardley, PA. She has been teaching group fitness in Princeton for the past ten years and is known for form focused coaching, fun playlists, and supportive “bestie hype girl” energy. Stephanie believes in intentional movement, strong foundations, and creating a space where people feel confident, capable, and proud of what their bodies can accomplish.

Class Description
A mat Pilates and barre inspired strength class focused on form, alignment, and building strength from the inside out. Expect low impact, full body strength workout with thoughtful progressions, clear coaching, and feel good energy. Classes are challenging but accessible, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
