In Right Relationship

In Right Relationship is a relational communication workshop rooted in consent, accountability, and embodied awareness. Together, we’ll explore how we speak, listen, set boundaries, and repair harm; not as scripts to memorize, but as practices to live into.

This space centers relationship as a living thing: something we tend, respond to, and remain accountable to over time.

Rather than focusing on “perfect communication,” we’ll practice relational integrity — staying present, honest, and resourced even when things feel messy, tender, or unclear.

• Non-Violent Communication Methods, and what communication really is
• Attuning to ourselves, needs, wants, and desires
• Leading with curiosity
• Listening beyond the words
• Finding a collaborative space between you and others.
• Practice makes perfect, integration time.

This workshop is for people who:

• Want to communicate with more care, clarity, and accountability
• Are navigating platonic, romantic, or chosen-family relationships
• Value consent, self-reflection, and relational ethics
• Are willing to slow down and practice, not perform

You do not need to be partnered, “good at communication,” or conflict-free to attend.

This space may not be a fit if you’re seeking:

• Debate, persuasion tactics, or “how to win” conversations
• Couples therapy or crisis intervention
• A quick fix to your relational conflicts

This is a consent-centered, trauma-aware space. Participation is always invitational. You are encouraged to track your own capacity, take breaks, and engage at the level that feels resourced.

We will not be asking participants to disclose personal trauma or resolve live conflicts with partners in the room.

Lunch will be from 12:00pm- 1:00pm. Lunch will not be provided.

This is a workshop where we get vulnerable in how we are relating with each other, and how to become the partner, friend, or community member that we want to be.
