About this Event

Yalla is a coworking & childcare community in San Diego with a strong emphasis on play-based, child-centered early childhood education. Our classrooms draw inspiration from the Reggio Emilia approach, viewing children as deeply capable, creative, and full of ideas worth honoring and documenting.

Join us for Yalla’s Community Art Exhibition on Sunday, June 28, 2026 from 9:00am-12:00pm — a joyful, interactive celebration of childhood, creativity, and community. Families, friends of Yalla, educators, caregivers, and members of the broader San Diego community are invited to explore a thoughtfully curated exhibition showcasing the work, ideas, and creative processes of Yalla’s young artists while learning more about the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Yalla’s unique approach to early childhood education.

This family-friendly daytime gathering will include art installations, interactive creative experiences for both children and adults, coffee and light refreshments, and opportunities to connect with the children, families, and educators who make up the heart of our community.
