IN Podcasting Meetup: A Live Podcasting & Digital Creators Event
From 5-8pm on Wednesday, August 27th, join IN Podcasting and the Harrison Center for a one-of-a-kind, immersive neighborhood experience, where storytelling, vision, and community collide.
We're hosting a Digital Creators Networking Event at 5:00 PM in the Green Room inside the historic Polk Stables (1533 Lewis St). Connect with fellow podcasters, filmmakers, artists, and content creators while participating in one of Indianapolis's most visionary civic events: PreEnactment Theater.
What to Expect from IN Podcasting:
- 5:00 PM – Digital Creators Networking Meetup in the Green Room (RSVP required – limited space)
- Live Podcast Recording: Podcasters will share how they use storytelling to build community and interview residents to amplify neighborhood voices
- Network with local creators, entrepreneurs, and artists
- Get inspired by immersive performance, live art, music, and visionary storytelling

About PreEnact Polk Theater:
An interactive theater experience that serves as a community visioning tool. YOU are invited, the attendee, to be an actor. This is OUR script.
The scene opens at the historic Polk Stables in the Martindale Brightwood neighborhood. This is OUR stage, where a vibrant and collaborative future plays out through YOUR attendance (acting). PreEnactment Theater enables us to create habits that transform us, our work, and our community.
What’s Happening at PreEnactPolk:
- Live Podcasts Every Hour (2:00–7:00 PM) in the Sound Cave
- Ribbon Cuttings & Business Tours (including Seoul Fresh Korean cuisine, coworking tours, and more)
- Live Painting by local artists & Public Art tours
- Music by singer-songwriter in residence Pascal Glock, Men in the Fire, and others
- Unusual concert venues–an irrigation trench, a pick up truck filled with dirt, and a third floor balcony with skyline views
- Augmented Reality Tours of neighborhood history + Polklore Micro-Museum
- Monon Parade (2:00pm) including all PreEnactors (watch or join the fun!)
- Community celebration (7pm) (ticketed)
