IN PIECES: An Exploration of the Human Experience
About this Event
RSVP IS REQUIRED. Please use link below to register.
Through guided prompts, individual reflection, and creative expression, participants will be invited to explore the parts of themselves that often go unexamined: the fears, patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how we move through the world.
This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about being willing to ask better questions.
What to expect:
- Guided shadow work and self-reflection prompts.
- Opportunities for open, thoughtful conversation.
- A creative activity using individual puzzle pieces.
- A welcoming environment for vulnerability, curiosity, and connection.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone interested in self-discovery, personal growth, psychology, creativity, or simply having deeper conversations with others.
You don’t need prior experience with shadow work. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to participate.
