About this Event

Do you have skills and expertise in audio storytelling that you want to apply to podcasting? Or perhaps you are a podcast listener who wants to know what it takes to make your own show? In this live in-person event, you will hear a panel of professional podcasters share their perspectives on the various roles within a podcast production and the skills that podcast shows look for when building their team. Come to the newly remodeled KQED headquarters to learn about what it takes to be a producer, a sound designer, an editing engineer, and everything in between!

This career panel is hosted by the PRX Podcast Garage at KQED in partnership with Women's Audio Mission. All are welcome! Doors open at 6pm, panel starts at 6:30pm. This is an in-person event and will not be livestreamed.
