• Session Types: Virtual and In-Person
• In-Person Sessions: Seating is limited and pre-registration is required to receive priority seating. Walk-ins may be accepted, based on availability.
• Virtual Sessions: The virtual English session will not offer translation. If you'd like to attend the Spanish-language session, please register using the Spanish Eventbrite link.

• Affordability: Homebuyers must demonstrate the ability to afford a small down payment and monthly mortgage payments.
• Income: Must fall within 50% - 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
• Credit: Good credit is required (no recent bankruptcies, collections, liens, or judgments).
• Need: Must demonstrate a need for decent, affordable housing.
• Education: Complete Habitat LA’s Family Investment Education Program (optional).
• Partnership: Homebuyers must be willing to partner with Habitat LA by completing 125-500 sweat equity hours and attending an HUD-certified pre-purchase homebuyer education workshop.
• Residency: All household members must be U.S. Citizens or permanent legal residents.
