Register here: https://wkf.ms/48J6aOE **The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Tampa Bay Chapter is excited to announce that we will be hosting an in-person Talk Saves Lives Training for Presenters session. Talk Saves Lives: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention is a standardized, 45-60 minute presentation that covers the scope of this leading cause of death, what research has found to be the common risk factors and warning signs for suicide, and strategies that can help save lives.
Talk Saves Lives: Training for Presenters will provide interested volunteers with the information and skills needed to successfully present Talk Saves Lives in their communities.
This training will include time to practice your presenter skills and learn more about being an AFSP volunteer presenter. If you are interested in presenting our educational programs, or would like to hone your skills, please join us!
**Pre-work may need to be completed before attending this training. Please monitor your email for updates and next steps. Questions? Please contact Jessica Toy, Programs Manager at [email protected]
