A beautiful blend of therapeutic touch, supported stretching, and mindfulness. This modality allows your clients to fully relax, reset their nervous system, and receive intentional bodywork… all while being fully clothed and supported in restorative positions.

This is a hybrid training
✔️ Online modules (complete before class)
✔️ 16 hours in-person, hands-on learning
During our time together, we will:
• Learn all six Table Yomassage positions
• Break down the “why” behind each posture
• Practice breath, stretch, and touch techniques
• Build confidence through guided partner work
• Talk real-life integration + how to bring this into your business
This training is trauma-informed and designed to help you create a safe, supportive experience for every client.
