Is your child struggling with big emotions, worry, or meltdowns this summer?
C.A.L.M. is a weekly in-person group therapy program designed for children ages 7 to 13 (split into two age groups: 7–9 & 10–13). This program was created to give kids a consistent, safe, and clinician-led space to build emotional tools they'll carry long after summer ends.
Led by Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) at Inner Wellness Psychotherapy, C.A.L.M. combines evidence-based approaches with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive framework that honours every child's background and lived experience.
🛑 This is not a camp. This is real, structured group therapy—delivered in a small, supportive setting where your child will be truly seen.
Each 80-minute weekly session helps children:
→ Understand and name their emotions with confidence
→ Build practical coping and self-regulation tools
→ Develop peer connection in a safe, therapist-guided space
→ Strengthen resilience for transitions, school, and everyday stress
