I will teach you how to integrate mind, body, and spirit while working with the ancient healing Taoist energy called the Dan Tain rooted in the 8 branches of Chinese Medicine. We’ll cover the fundamentals of Taoist breathing, including Sum Faht meditation and ancient Buddhist Qigong. I will demonstrate proper diaphragmatic breathing and how it aligns with higher states of consciousness through meditation and Qigong movements. Plus, completely relax and immerse yourself in a singing plant and crystal bowl sacred sound bath ceremony. All for maximum Healing.

In this Sum Faht Meditation & Qigong Class, I will work with you to help you unravel lifelong patterns stored in your body. You may experience tingling emotional releases, goosebumps, and energy surges as the original traumas slowly let go on a deep level. This is a life-changing transformational process of working with the Dantian energy that the Chinese have used in the 8 branches of Chinese Medicine for thousands of years.

Sum Faht is a form of Qigong meditation and energy work in which we activate the divine energies of the heart. The name comes from the Cantonese phrase “soi sum peen fah faht” which loosely translates means whatever the heart desires will manifest. When we meditate, we are seeking purification through the blending of our personal energy with the energy of the Universe and through the circulation of spiritual energy through our physical bodies. The spiritual energy cannot communicate directly with our physical bodies, nor can it communicate with our egos, our intellects, or our rational minds. It must communicate with our Inner Selves — our own spiritual aspects — our hearts. If you are looking to balance the mind, body & spirit, then this class is for you.
