Join us on Friday, December 3rd from 6:30-9:30ish to lift your voice in song with the beloved Aimee Ringle!
Aimee leads songs with wisdom, ease, and a humor that opens hearts and creates a very personal connection with the people she is working with. She is spunky, enthusiastic, and authentic in her artistry. She is a healer, mythteller, mythsinger. A treasure, a pleasure, and culture bringer. Her drum is the heart-beat of stories masterfully told through song. Listening to her play guitar, I find myself entranced and carried to places that have longed for the reflection she offers. Aimee welcomes the most sensitive/shy voices to find their power and embrace the love of music that she so fully embodies. Don't miss a chance to experience the magic that flows through her!
In this circle Aimee will join the People’s Echo bringing a colorful new pallet of songs for us all to share in all of the places where our hearts are called to sing. Come as you are, and bring the voice you have to raise in song! We acknowledge the trauma of good/bad binaries in general and specifically around singing. There are no good or bad singers. We lift up all voices and find our power is in singing TOGETHER.
LOCATION: Seward Park - See MAPS of exact location in the discussion. On the map, we will be meeting at the Yellow #3 - It has outdoor covering in case it rains. It has a place for us to have a fire for warmth as well. Please bring whatever you need to stay warm (layers, hot water bottles, hat, mittens, scarf, etc!) ... and a chair if you need one. There are benches there also. You can drive to a parking spot right next to our meeting point and there is wheelchair access. It is less than one minute by foot or wheel to arrive to our gathering spot from the parking lot.
We will be wearing masks while singing together and default to social distancing. Podding up with folks consensually is ok. Masks and some hand sanitizer will be available on site.
We look forward to singing up together.
