In Person: Senior PetCare With LifeCare Alliance

Who this In Person Event is for:

Ages 4-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome, but may find the event to be less meaningful and fulfilling.

What you’ll be doing:

Everyone loves their pet and wants to take the best care of them. Children will learn about the benefits of pet ownership and ways Lifecare Alliance’s Meals on Wheels and Senior PetCare programs help support with pet ownership. We will be touring Lifecare Alliance’s facility, making pet toys, bagging pet food, decorating bandanas, and cheer cards for Meals on Wheels and Senior PetCare clients.

Specific Instructions:

All supplies will be provided. We encourage you to participate in a donation drive prior to the event. Please bring all collected pet food to the event. Open bags of food are accepted as long as they are not expired/in good standing. At this time wet cat food is the biggest need. Look for more information in your confirmation email.
