In-Person: New Year’s Embodiment: Ecstatic Dance + Breathwork Workshop

Join us as we shake out 2024 and breathe into the energy we want to bring into 2025!

In this immersive workshop, you’ll engage in powerful somatic (body-based) practices designed to help you integrate all that you’ve experienced and learned over the past year. We’ll also create space to envision, embody, and truly step into what you desire for 2025.

Each year presents new challenges, opportunities, and lessons—but it’s how we choose to integrate them that creates lasting impact. Together, we’ll release the parts of the past year that no longer serve us while carrying forward the goodness and wisdom we want to embrace.

As we move into the New Year, it’s essential to gain clarity, connect with our deepest intentions, and align with the version of ourselves that we’re ready to embody. Through this journey, we’ll explore the energy, qualities, and aspirations you want to bring to life in 2025, making them feel tangible and real.

All of this integration and embodiment will be guided by the power of movement and breath—activating your body’s wisdom, allowing emotions to flow, and awakening the parts of you that are ready to support a fulfilling, vibrant year ahead.

You can expect to experience: intentional reflection & radical self expression through journaling, dance & breathwork.
