In Person: Move-in Kit Assembly and Donation Drive

Who this In Person Event is for:

Ages 4-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome but may find the event to be less meaningful and fulfilling.

What you’ll be doing:

Join Seeds of Caring & Home for Families for this meaningful event as we discuss gratitude and basic needs! Children will be working together to decorate welcome home cards for members of our community who are moving to a new home! As a result of this event families in our community will receive a Move-In Kit, with items to help them get settled into their new space.

Optionally, families can collect or purchase, other personal care items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and bar soap, ahead of time and bring them to the event to donate. We will provide a flyer in your confirmation email to help your child conduct a neighborhood drive if you choose.

Specific Instructions:

All supplies will be provided. If you have donations, please bring the items to the event.
