Nos conversations avec nos collègues chercheurs du Japon nous ont permis de mettre sur pied un symposium qui portera sur la santé mentale et le bien-être en prenant une approche plus holistique, en partageant nos perspectives, notre compréhension des certains éléments, et nos apprentissages. Nous sommes heureux de servir de plateforme pour ouvrir un dialogue interculturel et souligner l’importance de la connexion, de la prévention et de promouvoir le bien-être tout au long de la vie. As a result of very valuable conversations with our research colleagues from Japan, we have prepared a symposium on Mental Health & Wellbeing that will hopefully bring together perspectives, understandings, and learnings from both our countries. We’re so happy to be fostering this cross-cultural dialogue, and highlighting the importance of connection, prevention, and community in promoting lifelong wellbeing.
