About this Event
Join us for a multi-facilitator Kundalini Activation Practice on Saturday December 13th at 4:30pm.
đź’« What is Kundalini Activation Practice (KAP)?
KAP is a gentle, surrender-based energy modality that awakens the body’s innate intelligence to release stored trauma, stress, and emotional blockages. Through natural somatic expressions like movement, sound, emotional release, or stillness, KAP supports deep nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a stronger connection to your inner wisdom and states of consciousness.
No prior experience is necssary to practice, anyone who feels called to attend is welcome.
What to Expect:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to find street parking and settle into the space.
We will begin promptly at 4:30pm with a short welcome and introduction to the practice.
The practice itself will last 1 hour.
We will end with an optional integration share circle and gentle closing - ending our time together at 6:30pm.
What to expect during the KAP session:
Kundalini Activation Practice is a safe and natural process in which your own energy responds to a resonant field—nothing is ever forced, and your system cannot be shocked in any way. The energy meets you exactly where you are, so there is no need to set intentions, control the experience, or try to direct anything. This is a surrender based practice. Each session is unique because you are different every time. You remain fully present and in control throughout the entire experience. Sessions typically last about an hour, during which you will lie on your back with your eyes closed and arms and legs extended at the start, though you’re welcome to adjust and move for comfort as needed. Music with varying rhythms, tempos, and intensities will play loudly to support the atmosphere and the emotional landscape of the session. During the session, you may experience physical movement, emotional release, energetic sensations, bliss states, visualizations, or even complete stillness. Everyone’s experience unfolds in its own way, so it’s important to release any form of comparison or “journey envy” and simply let your energy meet you where you are.
How to Prepare:
Kindly avoid alcohol, plant medicines, and other altering substances for at least 48 hours before the session.
Eat light—avoid heavy foods, such as meat, prior to the session for a clearer experience.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.
What to Bring:
Kindly bring your own yoga mat, and anything that will allow you to feel comfortable laying on the floor on your back for 1 hour, such as a blanket to add cushion to your yoga mat.
If you are sensitive to sound please bring a pair of ear plugs.
An eye mask is recommended to assist you in dropping deeper into your personal experience.
After Your Session:
Everyone’s experience with Kundalini activation pracrice is unique. You may feel deeply peaceful, emotional, energized, or introspective in the hours or days after. Drink plenty of water, and allow your body to integrate whatever has moved. You might also notice a deeper connection to your inner being, along with heightened self-awareness or moments of clarity that inspire positive shifts.
⚠️ Who KAP Is Not Suitable For:
KAP is not recommended for those currently experiencing mania, psychosis, paranoia, or delusional states. Please also avoid mixing this work with plant medicines or psychoactive substances, as this can create heightened sensitivity to the practice and unnecessary intensity.
