Join Allison for this fun, informative session at our studio and learn more about our 200 hours Yin Yang Yoga Teacher Training course which starts on 13th November.

This session will start with a cup of tea and a short outline of the course, what's included and what makes it different. There will be plenty of time for questions.

Following this Allison will lead you through a Yoga practice, giving you an idea of how we train teachers to see the individuals in a studio, even in a group setting.

There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion, and you'll have the chance to see our beautiful award winning studio and understand how each module is laid out and what to expect during the course.
