IN PERSON Healthy Living 101: Stronger for Longer

Join Healthy City, USA this spring for Healthy Living 101, a series designed to support healthy aging and vibrant living. While these classes are tailored for adults 65+, they offer practical health information that benefits everyone. Classes will be held from 12:00PM - 1:00PM every Tuesday in February at 1001 N 7th Ave. Pocatello, ID 83201 in the downstairs training level. Classes are available both in person and online. A light lunch is provided to those who are registered for in-person. Take charge of your health and age with confidence!
