Are you ready to let go of all that no longer serves you?As we allow the practice of the breath to bring us into the present moment, we will connect with each other and to a Greater Intelligence to increase our vibration, transcendence, freedom, and higher consciousness.
Here is what you can expect at a breathwork session: 1) You will move energy through your body and push through blocks reestablishing your energy flow 2) You may experience a number of emotions 3) Your creativity may spike giving you insight, visions, or revealing memories 4) Some have mystical experiences and connections 5) You may discover how to improve your life because how you breathe is how you live.
This is an IN-PERSON & FULL-SERVICE event! Thus, registration is required for we have a maximum capacity. Cost is $48 per person.
