In-Person Grief Support Group: The Things Left Unsaid
About this Event
The Things Left Unsaid
GlowForward In-Person Grief Support Group
Sometimes the hardest part of grief isn't just the loss—it's the conversations we never had, the words we wish we had spoken, the apologies we never gave, or the "I love you" we wish we could say one more time.
Join us for a compassionate evening of reflection, connection, and support as we explore The Things Left Unsaid. Through guided discussion and a gentle writing activity, we'll create a safe space to honor our loved ones, acknowledge unfinished conversations, and discover that we don't have to carry those feelings alone.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are welcome just as you are. There is no expectation to share—listening is just as meaningful as speaking.
What to Expect:
- A welcoming, judgment-free environment
- Guided conversation and reflection
- A brief writing prompt
- Connection with others who understand grief
- Practical encouragement for your healing journey
