IN PERSON Fermentation Workshop: Kimchi & Kefir

The true secret of fermentation is that it's really simple to do at home and really lends itself to zero waste. With a few techniques and a couple of new habits, you could be gaining all the benefits, at a fraction of the cost you'd pay for ready made products on the shelves. Fancy learning how? If so, come along to my fermentation workshop and hear all about it.

You will;

• Make your own delicious kimchi to bring home. Pick up lots of tips for creating your own flavour explosions.
• Learn how to use milk kefir grains and what to do with all the kefir you produce. Taste some samples.
• Leave with a goodie bag including your very own jar of kimchi, milk kefir grains as well as a full recipe pack.
