Jen Wozny blends powerful energy healing practices (Reiki, Shamanism, and Psychic Healing) with life coaching, holistic guidance, Yoga, Psychology, and trauma studies to help people with their mental, physical, and spiritual health. She will also suggest ways that you can continue your healing journey after your appointment.
Sessions are one hour. Since Jen uses the power of remote healing, she does not channel energy out of her hands into your body; you will therefore be seated in a chair at a table across from her. This method provides the deepest level of healing and the quickest, most powerful, and most gentle results. Paper and a pen will be available for you to take notes. About Jen:
Jen Wozny holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Intelligence Analysis, and previously worked in Canada’s national security community. She is now a Reiki Master, Shamanic practitioner, Psychic Healer, Life Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, with continuing education credits from NICABM in treating trauma and PTSD. She founded a wellness company, Put The Light Here, and now serves clients on almost every continent.

About the Venue:
Jen's in-person sessions are held at a spiritual shop in Manotick, Ontario, which is just outside of the city of Ottawa. There is free parking on the street as well as in the shopping center behind the shop.
