About this Event

It is estimated that the djembe drum is 400-800 years old. While it's origins are West African, it has become popular around the globe. As stated by Science Daily, "Group drumming stimulates behavioral and physiological synchronization that contribute to the formation of social bonds..."

In this series we will have serious fun learning about and playing the djembe in a group setting. Drums are provided for use in the classes and available to purchase.

Proof of Vaccination will be needed to take this series. Masks are mandatory in the building.


Classes are January 24th through March 21st

Eight Classes - No class February 21st.
