Don your chef apron, grab your whisk, and join our classically trained Pastry Chef Instructor as we demystify the art of French macarons. You'll learn the secrets behind these beloved meringue-based almond cookies, from preparing and mixing the meringue through the delicate technique of macaronage, piping, baking, and assembling your finished treats. We'll also explore delicious filling variations and ways to make these little confections extra special for the occasion.

No baking experience is required! Our chef will guide you step by step, making this class approachable for beginners and fun for experienced home bakers alike. We provide all the ingredients and equipment, so all you need to bring is your sweet tooth and a little Valentine's Day spirit!

You'll work alongside other guests in small groups of 2 to 4, learning new skills, sharing a few laughs, and creating something delicious together.
