Join our immersive cooking class and discover the rich world of Chinese dumplings by learning to craft chicken and vegetable dumplings completely from scratch. Under the guidance of our expert chef instructor, you’ll make your own dumpling dough and roll it out to the right shape and texture, create a chicken, carrot, corn, and egg filling (or a vegetarian alternative), and even hone your knife skills as you prep ingredients. Learn three traditional folding techniques that add both beauty and function to your creations. Elevate your dumplings with chef-approved tips on boiling and pan searing to crispy perfection. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
