In-Person Class: Peruvian Date Night: Classic Ceviche (Philly)

Enter into the world of Peruvian gastronomy, by learning to master the globally renowned dish, Ceviche. This dish has been prepared since before the Incas controlled the Empire, when fishermen used to bring sour oranges on their journeys to use when cooking their fresh fish. In this class, Chef Alexander will teach you how to recognize and source fresh products and will guide you through the process of preparing this refreshing and flavorful dish.
This class is not just about cooking; it's a celebration of Peru's rich culinary heritage and the creative flair of modern cuisine. Plating your dish will definitely leave you with a meal that is not only mouth-watering, but also picture perfect.
Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner, this class offers a unique and delicious experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of cooking.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in. Street parking is available around the venue, as well as a paid parking garage located just a 3 min walk away at 1320 N Front Street. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!
