In-Person Class: Mixology 101: The Art of the Cocktail (DC)

This class is all about the FUNdamentals of mixology.

In two fun-filled hours, you can become a confident bartender, creating delicious and gorgeous cocktails to impress your guests. A master mixologist, Will, will walk you through how to stock a basic bar and craft foundational cocktails with creative variations.

We’ll be making and exploring four signature cocktails: Blackberry Margarita, Lavender Cosmopolitan, Green Tea Cocktail, and the Royal Flush.
The instructor will demonstrate each cocktail, allowing you to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list. You take away an e-booklet on the well stocked bar including recipes for cocktails, and a space for you to note your personal preferences.
Class will be held in the trademark restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Guest requirement
