In person class: Hand-Rolled Sushi (Seattle)

Ready to Master the Art of Sushi?
Join us for an exciting, hands-on sushi-making class where you’ll learn to craft delicious, restaurant-quality sushi rolls from start to finish. From preparing the perfect sushi rice to selecting fresh ingredients and creating flavorful sauces, this class will guide you through every step of the process. During the session, you’ll make three classic sushi rolls: Spicy Tuna Roll , a California Roll, and a Traditional Vegetable Roll . You’ll also experiment with different rolling techniques, as well as various shaping methods. Unleash your creativity and customize each roll to suit your taste!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party, and guests in the same group will collaborate throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase at the venue, 21+ only. Outside drinks are not allowed.
