Guided by our expert chef, you'll mix, knead, roll, and hand-cut wide ribbons of silky pasta while discovering the traditional techniques that make homemade pasta so rewarding. You'll also learn the secrets to cooking fresh pasta to perfect al dente texture every time.

While your pasta rests, you'll prepare a vibrant, homemade pomodoro sauce using ripe tomatoes, fragrant garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and classic Italian herbs. You'll see how a handful of simple, fresh ingredients come together to create a bright, flavorful sauce that perfectly coats every ribbon of your handmade pappardelle.
