In-person Class: Classic Handmade Pasta with Fresh Marinara Sauce (Denver)

Join us for a fun and entertaining evening, immersing yourself in the art of crafting perfect handmade pasta. Our skilled Chef Instructor will guide you through each step to create beautiful Fettuccine pasta from scratch. Guests will learn the secrets of making dough, mastering the delicate process of rolling it out, and shaping it into flawless pasta strands.

You will also learn to make a classic Marinara sauce to pull the dish together. Once you have created your masterpiece, you will then plate, garnish and devour your creations with your fellow foodies joining you for this delicious cooking party! You will gain insight on how to source seasonal ingredients and specialty spices in order to recreate the perfect Italian date night at home.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
