In-person class: Authentic Pasta Workshop: Handmade Gnocchi (Miami)

Aah!, Gnocchi, these pillowy potato dumplings are in a pasta category of their own!
In this class you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare potato gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi. Walk away from class with an understanding of the importance of the ingredients used and how to pick the variety for making gnocchi at home.
Learn to master the recipe for a mouthwatering Gnocchi with a brown butter sage sauce. Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, this class is designed to be fun and educational.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21+ are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only). The cafe will be closed to the public when you arrive so you will have to enter the class by going through the shopping center. The door to enter the class is between the sign for MIAM Cafe and the ice cream shop.
