In-Person Class: Authentic Pasta Workshop: Handmade Gnocchi (Jacksonville)

Soft, pillowy, and bursting with flavor, gnocchi are the ultimate comfort food and a timeless Italian favorite!
In this engaging cooking class, participants will master the art of creating two iconic Italian dishes: tender, homemade potato gnocchi and a rich, savory Bolognese sauce.
Guided step-by-step, attendees will learn to knead, shape, and cook gnocchi from scratch while uncovering the secrets of ingredient selection and traditional Italian techniques. Perfect for beginners and seasoned cooks alike, this hands-on experience offers the chance to elevate your culinary skills and savor a hearty, comforting meal to share with loved ones.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed.
