In-person Childbirth Education Express

We recommend childbirth education to every parent, beginning at 28-30 weeks.
Classes are taught by Birthplace nurses or educators.
About this Event

This in-person class will take place over two consecutive days (Saturday and Sunday).

The classes will provide information including the stages of labor and delivery, basic comfort techniques, medications, medical interventions and labor support.

Postpartum care is covered as well as how to care for and understand your new baby.

Finally, we will provide the most current information on breastfeeding, including helpful tips and techniques.
