IN-PERSON at BIRTH CENTER - Thrive: Your Parenting Journey, Mon. 8/11-9/22

Important things to know before you register:

• This registration is for the full in-person series on Mondays, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22; NO CLASS ON 9/1 FOR LABOR DAY.

• This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.
• Class takes place at Vanderbilt Birth Center

Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently place one foot in front of the other as you learn all about your new role.

Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience in topics appear for certain weeks.

The Thrive class:

• Provides an opportunity for you to deeply connect with other new moms;
• Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother;
• Helps you develop the tools you need to care for your family;
• Helps you find balance in the “new normal.”
