Please join Sound Healer Sophie Pyne for a very special Sunset Sound Bath on Manhattan Beach in honor of the Aries Full Moon!

Saturday October 8th at 5PM on Manhattan Beach between Rosecrans Lifeguard & Tower 34

(please arrive around 4:30pm to find parking and secure your spot on the beach)

This Full Moon is a time to align with your inner power and feel your courage to overcome any obstacle. It's also a time to align with your passions. Aries guides us on the mission to find our soul's purpose. Finding this path takes commitment, motivation, and fearlessness. Our life path is not always an easy journey. This Full Moon is here to help you walk a little farther on it with more confidence than you've ever felt before.

Working with the supportive vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Sophie will support you in releasing anything you are ready to let go of, setting intention for this season and fine-tuning your body, mind, and spirit for the upcoming week. The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments she uses work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages.

Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences. Sound healing helps release the tension of day-to-day life and opens the door to enhanced intuition, improved immunity, better relationships, lower blood pressure, reduced stress hormones, stabilized moods, and better sleep.

What to bring:

**Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.**

**Bring a sweatshirt, extra blanket and any other comfort items you may need in case it gets chilly at sunset**

** An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition**

**OPTIONAL: please bring your favorite crystals, journal and any sacred objects to be blessed and charged**
