Pregnancy support for local expectant mums to prepare for labour, birth and becoming a parent through informal antenatal sessions.
About this Event

Join us for a series of THREE antenatal sessions on the 15th, 22nd and 29th January from 12:00-1:30pm. We recommend you come along to all three sessions.

Session 1 You and your wellbeing (healthy eating, keeping active, changing body, emotional wellbeing)
Session 2 Preparing for labour and birth (managing contractions, labour bag, birth positions, expectations)
Session 3 Practical baby care (nappy changing, bathing, safe sleep, feeding, travelling with your baby)

The sessions will be led by our peer supporters Sarah, Nicola and Stacey.

Dads and partners are very welcome to come along too (please book a space for each person attending).
