Come Celebrate Our Grads!
Join VietLead as we celebrate the first graduating cohort of In Our Hands, an art and culture program rooted in social justice for Southeast Asian youth!
Over the summer, our youth have explored their cultural identities, built community with each other and developed their skills through art and storytelling. This graduation is our chance to honor their accomplishments and celebrate what they've created together.
All are welcome! Bring your family, friends and community to enjoy an afternoon of food, fun and celebration. We especially invite Southeast Asian youth who are interested in building community to come connect, learn more about VietLead and experience the joys of In Our Hands.
What to expect:
- Games and interactive activities for all
- Art, photos, videos of what our youth got to learn this summer
- Delicious Southeast Asian food
- Opportunities to meet our youth participants, families and VietLead's youth committee leaders
- A joyful graduation honoring our first cohort
