A guitar adventure! Tashi Dorji, the great player from Bhutan in combination with Terrie Ex!
Tashi Dorji grew up in Bhutan, on the eastern side of the Himalayas. Residing in Asheville since 2000 and soaking up a vast array of music. Along the way, Dorji developed a playing style unbound by tradition, yet with a direct line to intuitive artistry.
Terrie ‘Ex’ Hessels is an improvising guitarist from the Netherlands. In addition to his work as an improviser, he’s a founding member of the iconic Dutch punk band The Ex.

Plan Kruutntoone tours the country and performs ‘Not everything that deviates is defenseless’. The new work consists of the two LPs ‘Ingrid’ and ‘Marinus’, and a maxi single ‘God (is a tool)’. On the two LPs, you’ll find yourself somewhere between the gospel of The Bad Seeds, the free jazz of Ornette Coleman, and the strict transparency of Galina Ustvolskaya; all in the language of Plan Kruutntoone.

out in October.

RAZMOTCHIKI KATUSHEK (RU)
RAZMOTCHIKI KATUSHEK is an electronic industrial duo (now solo project) formed by two masters of the experimental scene: Ekaterina Fedorova (Iva Nova, ZGA, FIGS) and Remko Muermans (ZEA). These two musicians spent several years carefully collecting conceptual patterns from two musical worlds and blending them in logical constructions. Ekaterina Fedorova is picking up the pieces after the terrible loss of her husband, her love and musical companion; continuing the musical adventures they started together. Electro acoustics, drums and percussion, all full of dance and experiment; we can expect music for infinity.
