Join the SAF Central Band for an unforgettable evening of music under the direction of our Honorary Guest Conductor Douglas Bostock and Senior Director of Music ME6 Philip Tng. The programme features works that showcase the breadth and brilliance of the wind orchestra repertoire, such as 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘥𝘢𝘺 by Adam Gorb, 𝘓𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘶 𝘑𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘯 by Toshio Mashima, and 𝘋𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘢𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴 by Florent Schmitt, with the latter two works celebrating their 25th and 100th anniversaries respectively.
Audiences are also warmly invited to a pre-concert talk at 6.30pm, where we take a closer look at the evening’s programme and celebrate the stories behind the music.
