IN GRATITUDE: A Tribute to Earth, Wind & Fire returns with an all new show premiering at the Gordon Center in a special event especially for "Dads" on Father's Day. Making the event even more special, the honors and tributes expand to include legendary fathers of funk music from Sly Stone, Rick James, Rare Earth, George Duke, Parliament Funkadelic, James Brown, Average White Band and others. More than just a concert, this Father's Day party will be packed with prizes and surprises-- a great way to celebrate the men in your life.
IN GRATITUDE is one of the most popular and critically acclaimed tribute bands in the Baltimore/ Washington, DC area and has held the distinction for almost 15 years appearing and selling out the Gordon Center and other area venues frequently in the past.
In this return engagement, the IN GRATITUDE performance will once again benefit The Oliver E. Pope Scholarship Fund, a non profit organization, supporting college students enrolled at HBCUs.
