In Every Expression: A Solo Exhibition by Mariel Reed

An exploration of individuality, emotion, and the human experience through graphite and acrylic portraiture.

Join artist Mariel Reed for In Every Expression, a two-day solo art exhibition at the Baltimore County Arts Guild's Catonsville Clubhouse in Catonsville, Maryland.

Through a collection of graphite and acrylic portraits, Reed explores the individuality, emotions, and experiences that shape the people around us. Combining detailed realism with expressive color, pattern, and abstraction, her work captures moments of joy, contemplation, strength, and vulnerability.

In Every Expression invites visitors to look beyond physical likeness and consider the stories, emotions, and connections that make each individual unique.

Featuring both existing and newly created works, the exhibition offers an opportunity to experience Reed's artistic practice, engage with the artist, and explore portraiture as a powerful form of personal and creative expression.
